FALL & WINTER BOOT CAMPS

    It's that time again folks!  The weather has changed for
    the better and as we move into fall and winter, it is Boot
    Camp season!  

    Saturday and Sunday Boot Camp!
    Morning, Afternoon & Eve. classes
    $30/person

  • Grass drills.
  • 50-75 yard sprint.
  • Group Calistentics.
  • Military-style push-ups.
  • Military-style jumping jacks.
  • Weight-bearing vest sprints/jumps.
  • Water, towels provided.
  • All skill-level training.
  • Burn 600+ calories!
  • 60-minute sessions.

    Boot Camps will take place in Memorial,
    Hermann and Terry Hershey Park starting
    Sat., Oct. 22, 2011.  Note: Boot Camp Class
    Fee's must be paid *in advance* to partici-
    pate.  No exceptions/non-refundable.  
    Class will be rescheduled due to inclement
    weather.

    Galleria Shopping Center Calorie-burning Walk:  Starting Sat., Nov. 4,
    2011, I will be holding 60 & 90-minute Galleria shopping center cardio
    training.  All sessions will take place inside the Galleria shopping center,
    walking all four (4) levels of the shopping area, including the ice rink and
    Westin Galleria hotel.  Burn calories while sight-seeing, people watching!  
    It's fun, and easy.  Prices are $30 per class, per client (unless client has
    paid sessions).
