MSF END OF YEAR COLON CLEANSE

    I usually do an "end of year" colon cleanse that lasts about 2-3 days (or until I get so damn hungry I
    can't stand it).  I have created my own colon cleanse formula after living among the "super-vegans"
    in Seattle, most of whom were extreme food fanatics who showed me how to do it right.  There is
    no need for someone to stick a rubber hose up your ass to suck out all the bad stuff.  Simply use
    my formula and stick with it for a day or two; and like a damn about to burst after a severe,
    underwater explosion, you will be rushing to the bathroom in no time.













    You should do an annual colon cleanse for several reasons:

    First, it allows our body to clear out the left-over "caked-on" undigested food that has chosen to
    remain in the crevices of our intestines (McDonald's french fries, Burger King steak sandwiches,
    chicken wings, etc.) and then toxify into a morass of undigested fecal matter; many physicians tell
    us this causes cancer.  Second, it cleans both our urinary and anal tract to allow for better expe-
    dition of waste.  Third, it gives the body a "rest" from our daily assault of food.  Here's the recipe:

    Mike's Colon Cleanse
  • 1 glass of spring, bottle or distilled water
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • juice of one (1) complete lemon

    Instructions
    Fill one glass of water.  Add teaspoon of black pepper and honey and then squeeze in
    one complete lemon.  If you can "gut" the lemon with a fork or knife and add in the
    roughage, thats even better.  Mix well for one full minute with a large spoon.  DRINK
    SLOWLY.  Dont throw it back.  Within an hour (or longer) you will need to rush to the
    bathroom for a bowel movement.

    Here is the standard daily use for my colon cleanse formula:

    Breakfast
    1 glass of Mike's Colon Cleanse
    1/2 cup of green tea.

    Lunch
    1 glass of Mike's Colon Cleanse
    1 glass of Orange Juice (or Grape Juice)
    1/2 cup of green tea

    Dinner
    1 glass of Mike's Colon Cleanse
    1 glass of Orange Juice or Grape Juice.

    Continue the colon cleanse for 1-3 days (no more than four days).   At the end of the second day,
    introduce *small pieces* of fruit (no meat) to your diet and small *chopped* pieces of salad, along
    with lots of water (8-10 glasses per day).  It MUST be chopped so that your body does not have
    to break down hard vegetables.  Add meat a day or two later.  

    Remember that the reason for a colon cleanse is to CLEAN OUT THE CRAP IN YOUR
    BODY.  Colon Cleanse = going to the bathroom and staying there while your body empties itself
    of toxic, caked-on "crap". Give your body time to expedite the process when you go to the
    restroom - don't force anything.  Keep plenty of reading material in your bathroom.

    Over the next 4-5 days your bowel movements should become LARGE.   If your bowel
    movements are small, you are still backed up and need to continue with the colon cleanse.
