The 5-week Nutrition Workshop is designed to give the client
    a fresh start in burning bodyfat by establishing a correct, balanced,
    nutritious eating plan for five (5) weeks, coupled with two (2) field
    trips to local grocery and nutrition stores.  This is a great start to
    any exercise plan, whether you are training at a gym, with another
    trainer or on your own.  The cost is $125 for five (5) sessions.

    I have designed this program, based upon my clients requests,
    dietary needs, restrictions and nutrition challenges over a 15 year
    period.  The objective of this workshop is to loose five - ten
    pounds in five weeks while increasing your body's metabolic fun-
    ction.  

    5-Week Nutritional Workshop
    Session 1 /  Week 1
    90-minutes
  • Weigh-in, body measurements (neck, chest, waist, biceps).
  • Current diet evaluation (what you are currently eating)
  • 5-week Diet Plan (3 meals + two nutritious snacks).
  • Copy of GET RIPPED LIFESTYLE pamphlet.
  • 5 Client Nutrition Log worksheets for five (5) week period.

    Session 2 / Week 2
    60-minutes
  • Visit to local grocery store (Randalls, Kroger, HEB, etc.) to learn about food processing,
    nutrition labels, making right choices with meat, vegetables and dairy.
  • Concentration:  Milk, eggs, lean meat, vegetables, pasta, bread(s), high-sugar items (soda,
    juices, etc.).
  • Focus:  Making your grocery store your "bodybuilding restaurant."

    Session 3  / Week 3
    60-minutes
  • Visit to local nutrition supplement store (Nutrition Depot, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc.)
  • Concentration:  Protein powders, vitamins, glutamine, joint supplements, fish oil(s),
    thermogenics (Hydroxycut, Ripped Fuel, etc.).
  • Focus:  Making the right choices based upon your fitness goal(s), use of product(s), etc.

    Session 4 / Week 4
    60-minutes
  • Weigh-in at week 4.
  • Review of diet at week 4.
  • Make changes to current diet to spur bodyfat burning and increase muscle growth.

    Session 5 / Week 5
    60-minutes
  • Final weigh-in at week 5.
  • Final measurements (neck, chest, waist, biceps).
  • Review of diet, fitness level, current cardiovascular output.
  • Establish *new* eating guidelines for the next five weeks.

    Rules

  1. Client must schedule all five (5) days in advance.  
  2. Client may make up one (1) session at a later date if missed due to work, traffic, or
    extenuating circum-stances.  If client misses any session after that, he forfeits that session.
  3. Package must be purchased in full; no training sessions may be used for this workshop.  
    Current clients must schedule OUTSIDE their normal training times to take part.  The 5-
    week Nutrition Workshop is separate from a clients normal training routine at MSF Gym.
  4. No refunds will be given after the first, 90-minute session is attended.
