The 5-week Nutrition Workshop is designed to give the client a fresh start in burning bodyfat by establishing a correct, balanced, nutritious eating plan for five (5) weeks, coupled with two (2) field trips to local grocery and nutrition stores. This is a great start to any exercise plan, whether you are training at a gym, with another trainer or on your own. The cost is $125 for five (5) sessions. I have designed this program, based upon my clients requests, dietary needs, restrictions and nutrition challenges over a 15 year period.
